Join us as we welcome back Stewart Gilchrist for the third time to Dubai. As always, his depth of knowledge and dynamic teaching bring a deeper level of understanding to the Yoga teachers and students alike.
This weekend we explore the sheaths and bodies of Yoga philosophy through the Koshas and Sariras and the practice of Yogasana.
Expect some challenging asana classes, informative lectures and thoughtful workshops all curated to deep ones understanding of the more subtle layers of the practice of Yoga. The Yogasana classes all include the four practical aspects of astanga yoga: mantra, pranayama, dhyana and asana.
