Our Sanctuary for the week
I’m thrilled to announce an exclusive women’s only retreat at an absolute gem of a villa in the north of Ibiza. Set in Seven acres of land the front of the property has been beautifully landscaped to include hundreds of olive trees, which are harvested and turned into olive oil each year. The back of the property features an outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining space, swimming pool, deck and relaxation areas, with citrus trees and fragrant, wild Mediterranean herbs covering the surrounding terrain.
This week is an opportunity to deeply nourish our souls in an equisite setting, on a magical island, through the lens of our spiritual practice (sadhana). From peaceful mediations, body connecting sweat sessions, and invigorating morning flows, to slow indulgent days, and restorative afternoon offerings, this week will provide a Sanctuary for us all. With only 5 available bedrooms, my aim for this retreat is for it to be a week of true connection. A small like minded group of women with the deep commitment to root back to their sense of innate wisdom, through focused spiritual sadhana practice. To end the week feeling lighter, freer and more rested. To feel peace.
Deluxe Bedroom
Within the villa the only master suite sits on one side, and includes a spa-like ensuite bathroom, including a deep soaking tub with a window that slides open to offer unparalleled views. The other side offers four additional deluxe double bedrooms of which two can be twins, each with an ensuite bathroom and some with private courtyards. All bedrooms are ensuite and have air conditioning.

Nourishment
Fueling our bodies for the week is Gaby, food creator and Ayurvedic consultant. Gaby, with her Italian roots will lovingly prepare our daily post practice breakfasts and dinners for the week. Using a mix of locally sourced organic and seasonal ingredients, our food will be a mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian cuisine as well as herbal teas, delicious coffees and fresh juices using the islands fruit. She’ll also be available for one-to-one consults, if you’d like to learn more about your dosha and how food can help bring you back in energetic balance.

Please Note: There will be a welcome practice and group dinner on arrival day and an early practice and farewell breakfast on departure day. We will also have one morning off asana practice when we hike & meditate, and one afternoon off practice in case any of you wanted to go to a beach further away or take a boat trip to Formentera.

Rates do not include; airfare to and from Ibiza, transfers/car hire to and from the villa, alcoholic beverages, one dinner during the retreat which will be held at a local restaurant, massage treatments, One-on-one Ayurvedic consults or any other supplemental activities.
We can help you organise transfers from Ibiza airport to our retreat home. You will also be looped into a thread with the other retreat guests to organise taxi shares / car hire should you wish. The venue is a 30 minute drive from the airport.

2x Deluxe Standard Room - 2 twin mattresses in a king size bed platform in a standard room with ensuite bathroom (note: there are two twin size mattresses, each with separate linens, but they are situated within the same king size bed platform). Ideal for friends.

Payment Terms
A €500 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due by Feb 11th.
We offer refunds (minus the deposit) up to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat. Transfers are also possible, and we will do our best to help you find a replacement.
